The Grand Manor Contractor Box-uvAIR™ is engineered for professionals tackling the most expansive custom homes and luxury builds. Sized for homes from 3,500 to 4,500 square feet, this kit includes a 12-port supply manifold and a separate 12-port exhaust manifold — everything your crew needs to deliver balanced, whole-house fresh air distribution right out of the box, with no sourcing parts from multiple suppliers.

Designed to supply fresh air to up to 12 zones — including a primary suite, multiple large bedrooms, living spaces, bonus rooms, and home offices — while exhausting stale air from multiple bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry room, and basement or crawl space, this system pairs seamlessly with your choice of ERV or HRV unit (sold separately). Every fitting, duct run, diffuser, and fastener is included and pre-matched so your crew can focus on installation, not procurement. Rheia™ compatible.
