The Cottage Contractor Box-uvAIR™ is the right tool for professionals ventilating compact homes, apartments, condos, or any smaller living space that still deserves clean, balanced fresh air. Designed for homes up to 1,000 square feet, this kit includes a 4-port supply manifold and a separate 4-port exhaust manifold — everything you need in one ready-to-install package, with no sourcing parts separately and no guesswork.

Designed to supply fresh air to 2–3 rooms — including bedrooms and living areas — while exhausting stale air from the bathroom, kitchen, and basement or crawl space, this system pairs seamlessly with your choice of ERV or HRV unit (sold separately). Every fitting, duct run, diffuser, and fastener is included and pre-matched for a clean, efficient install. Rheia™ compatible.
